Cooper’s Daughter Spirits

Cooper’s Daughter Spirits at Olde York Farm is a family-operated, woman-owned distillery, which sources seasonal, small-batch spirits from foraged and farmed Hudson Valley ingredients. The farm features apple orchards and black walnut tree groves that provide the base for their vodka, whiskey, and bourbon. Located in the historic Jacob Rutsen van Rensselaer House and Mill complex, which was once home to a distillery and cooperage in 1805, the distillery and cooperage now reside in the former carriage house. The team makes barrels on-site to age their bourbon and whiskey, while their vodka and liqueur are distilled from apples and infused with local botanicals.
