Brewmaster Jamie Bishop, who left his corporate job in the medical field to pursue his passion for beer, leads the team at Mill House Brewing Company. The brewery opened its doors in 2013, but Jamie had been brewing beer in his basement long before that. In fact, he even brewed the brewery’s most popular beer, Köld One, in 2012 before bringing it to production at the brewpub. Starting with a 7-barrel system, Mill House has since expanded to a 20-barrel system with their own canning line in a 7,000sqft wholesale production facility. This growth has allowed them to expand their distribution throughout several states, with more expansion in the Northeast and internationally on the horizon.
The team at Mill House Brewing Company is passionate about sharing their beer with as many people as possible, and they see each can or bottle cracked open as a step toward making this dream a reality. They hope to inspire others to follow their dreams and make a positive impact on the world, one beer at a time.
